Baking butter,
Marzipan,
Almond essence,
Eggs,
Self raising flour,
Caster sugar.

Toppings:
Raspberry's,
Blueberries,
Cream.

1. First preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.

2. After that, get 250 grams of baking butter and put it all into a big bowl.

3. Then get 250 grams of Marzipan and chop it into little pieces. After that, put all of it in the same bowl as the butter.

4. Next measure a quarter of a teaspoon and put all of it in with the baking butter and the Marzipan.

5.Then do the same with the vanilla essence.

6. After that crack six eggs in a separate bowl. Once you have done that, put one egg in at a time and mix it all together.

7. Once you have mixed it all together and it is smooth, add 150 grams of self raising flour.

8. The last thing before it goes in the oven is 150 grams of caster sugar.

9. Once you have got all your mixture ready, get something round that can go in the oven like a ring so it has a whole in for the toppings. Make sure you cook it for 40 to 50 minutes.

10. After it has finished cooking, let it cool for half an hour. Then flip it over onto a plate.

11. All you have to do is put your favorite

Sponge Cakes

Hi my name is Camille and I'm going to tell you how to make Sponge cakes. I know it is a bit easy but it will get harder and harder every week. I will learn new skill and I will tell you then. You will need:

Cake Sponge
4 eggs
8oz Sugar
8oz Flour
8oz Butter

Icing
1 1/2cups icing sugar
1 tablespoon butter
1-3 teaspoon water/milk

Method
1. First you can get out your cupcake cases and put a little bit of butter inside of them so the cakes don't get stuck to the cases You add the butter, then you get a fork and mush it down or you can put it in the microwave for a couple of seconds.
2. After you have done that you will add the sugar you can put it in a little bit at a time or you can put it in all at once ( it would be easier if you put it in a bit at a time).

3. After you have done that you will have to mix it all together. Once you have mixed it all together you will have to add your 4 eggs (one at a time).

4. You will have to mix all the yoak together before you do anything else. The next thing you do is the flour ( you can add little bit at a time; if you like you can put it all in together but it would be really hard to mix it together). You will keep mixing it until it gets smooth; you can't put the mixture in the cupcake cases until it is smooth.

5.  Once it is all smoothened out you can put the mixture into you cupcake cases ( try to make all your cupcakes even).

6.  After you have done that you will put it in the oven for 25 to 30 munites depend how it looks when it is in the oven.

7. Once they are out the oven you will have to let them cool for five munites.

8. To make the icing you get 1/2 cups of icing sugar and a table spoon of butter and then start mixing it all together.

9. Then add 1-3 teaspoons of milk or water ( anything will do). Then you will mix it for a couple of seconds.

10. Now you can get a tea spoon and a falk to put the icing on the cupcakes. First you will get the tea spoon into the icing and spred it on the cake to make it nice and smooth and you will carry on doing until you have finished.

11. Once you have finished with the icing you can put some sprinkles on it and then you are done. YEAH!!!!!!!!!
